navigate through the website, Platform, or affiliate Sites; and (3) from our Account Holders about their users that opt in to a messaging

Account Holder’s targeted marketing campaigns, to provide or customize service to User’s preferences, to anticipate and resolve problems
with your use of Platform or Site, or to inform you of products and services that better meet your needs. This means that VMS may use a
User’s personally identifiable information in conjunction with information available from other sources, to market new services or features
that may be of interest. Platform and Account Holders will create in-depth targeted marketing campaigns using the information gathered from
User’s use of Platform or Site and any information User provides. When VMS uses third parties to perform services on its behalf, such as
marketing, fulfillment services and shipping to customers, VMS will request that such third parties protect your personally identifiable
VMS acts in compliance with the requests of the Account Holders. The Account Holder’s contractual relationship with VMS dictates how your
information is used. VMS houses the information for each client in a user database. Each Account Holder may then use their database of
information as they see fit. VMS merely acts in compliance with each Account Holder’s instruction.
E. How Your Information Is Shared
We may share your information, including personal information, as follows:
- The Platform.We may store your name, email address, and any information that you provide on our Platform or Site.
- Affiliates.We may disclose the information we collect from you to our affiliates or subsidiaries, however, if we do so,
their use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information will be subject to this Policy.
- Account Holders.We may make available any information collected from Users to our Account Holders for use in targeted
marketing and data collection.
- Service Providers.We may disclose the information we collect from you to third party vendors, service providers, contractors
or agents who perform functions on our behalf.
- Business Transfers.If we are acquired by or merged with another Company or platform, if substantially all our assets are
transferred to another Company or platform, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the information we have collected
from you to the other Company or platform.

G. Deletion, Access, And Changes To Your Data

can opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving SMS communications by responding to any SMS message from VMS or any Account Holder with any of the
following words: “STOP”, “QUIT”, “CANCEL” “STOPALL”, or “UNSUBSCRIBE”. Upon such election, VMS and/or Account Holder will remove User’s
telephone number from their SMS distribution lists promptly and will no longer contact User by SMS. VMS is not responsible for the SMS
messages sent by our Account Holders using VMS services such as the LinkShot Platform. It is the sole responsibility of the Account Holder
to acquire proper permission to send SMS and/or MMS messages to Users.
H. Declining Email Offers
VMS will only send a User emails regarding promotional offers or other news if a User provides an email address. A User has the right to
choose not to receive email communications by opting-out or unsubscribing by clicking on the unsubscribe link found within the email
communication. Upon such election, VMS will remove User’s email from our system and will no longer contact User by email.

B. Social Media Features
Our website includes Social Media features and apps, such as the “Share This” button or other interactive mini-programs that run on our site.
